Your hot tub needs to be drained, cleaned, and refilled approximately every 4 - 6 weeks. For

heavier hot tub use or if the water has been contaminated you may wish to change the water

more frequently. The following is the recommended method for draining your hot tub.

1) Turn off the power to your hot tub at the isolation switch.

NOTE: Do not leave an empty hot tub exposed for long periods of time in hot and sunny

weather.

2) Locate the drain valve (hose bib) of the hot tub (the drain valve is located in the base under

the front left corner of the cabinet panel, See figure 5 & 6, or figure 7).
